1. Back Sleeping with Pillow 

If you like sleeping on your back, try putting a pillow underneath your knees. This will help alleviate much of the pressure in your lower back that might be causing you pain. If you find your pain is still present, place a pillow underneath your lower back as well in the sensitive area.

2. Fetal Position
